The purpose of the Engineering Peer Teacher (EPT) Program is to engage students in EPT Sessions (online and in-person) to review course concepts in primarily 100-300 level engineering courses.

Responsibilities of an Engineering Peer Teacher:
Hold three (3) to five (5) hours of EPT Sessions each week (can include weekends)
Attend or watch the professor's lecture of the assigned course
Participate in weekly EPTeam Meeting and weekly Respective EPT Team (RET) Meeting
Prepare ahead of time for his/her/their session
Expectations of an Engineering Peer Teacher:
Be a role model within and outside of CSU community
Foster a positive, safe learning environment for all students
Communicate professionally with professors, students, fellow EPTs, and CSU staff
Engage students using effective tutoring skills to increase student success
